Are returns free?
You will have to pay postage costs for returned goods but if the shoes are found to be faulty, this will be refunded.
Can I ship to an alternative address?
http://www.coach-purse.biz can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. If you wish to take advantage of this service please add the appropriate details during the checkout process. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No, you can go straight to the checkout without registering. However, if you do register, then the next time you go to buy something, you'll get through the checkout much faster. You'll also be able to review your order history and set up reminders for friend's birthdays etc.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your residential address or your work address but, for security purposes, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, please bear in mind that the courier will deliver to the place not the person, so you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods.
Has my order been shipped?
We will email you a tracking # within 48hrs after your orders are shipped out.

Your items are sent by USPS. Ground shipping.On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

How is the refund made?
For fraud prevention purposes, refunds, including delivery, can only be made to the original card of purchase, unless: the account no longer exists; the account details have expired; the order has been placed with e-Gift Vouchers; or if you want a credit note (this is processed once we receive the returned shoes). An email will be sent to confirm that the refund has been made. Please allow 14 days for processing. If your order is cancelled, you will receive your refund within 30 days .
How long do I have to return my shoes?
You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 7days after purchase if you are not completely satisfied with it. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us.
